La synth\u00e8se a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9e sur le plateforme collaboratif ACC ( Autodesk Construction Cloud).<\/p>\n<p style=\"language: fr; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-left: mso-style-textfill-fill-alpha: 100.0%;\">Objectifs de la sunth\u00e9se 3D:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer la visualisation du projet ainsi que la compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019interface 3D de tous les lots techniques, am\u00e9liorant ainsi le processus de coordination 3D et de revue de constructibilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Renforcer la coordination et gestion des interfaces\/des documents de construction.<\/li>\n<li>Centraliser les processus de suivi de synth\u00e8se et de validation des \u00e9l\u00e9ments via la maquette et les rendre collaboratifs.<\/li>\n<li>Limiter les ressaisies d\u2019informations gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s partag\u00e9 et en temps r\u00e9el pour tous les intervenants.<\/li>\n<li>Anticiper les interf\u00e9rences et les clashs dans une phase pr\u00e9-construction.<\/li>\n<li>Avoir une maquette final BPC permettant la production des divers plans de construction et am\u00e9liorant ainsi la productivit\u00e9 en phase chantier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Century Gothic'; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; : Configuration de l&rsquo;ACC et production de la maquette de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence avec garantie du g\u00e9or\u00e9f\u00e9rencement (quadrillages, niveaux, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9daction et veille \u00e0 l\u2019application de la convention BIM et des Instructions de Travail (WI).<\/li>\n<li>Assembler les mod\u00e8les 3D des divers lots\/march\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Animer les r\u00e9unions de coordination et de synth\u00e8se.<\/li>\n<li>Arbitrage Technique : R\u00e9solution des conflits de passage entre CVC, HVAC, fluides, CFO\/CFA et SSI.<\/li>\n<li>Contr\u00f4le Qualit\u00e9 : Audit des maquettes pour conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la Charte AZMAM (LOD, nommage, mod\u00e8le GHOST).<\/li>\n<li>Reconstituer la maquette f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9e tout au long du projet, selon les mises \u00e0 jour des divers mod\u00e8les 3D, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une maquette f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9e finale BPC correspondant \u00e0 un niveau LOD 350\/400.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span
